HOW MOONLITE BEGAN
A second job.
A lasting commitment.
I started at Zoll Brothers in Indianapolis with a pencil and drafting board. Learning AutoCAD changed the tools, but the work still came down to understanding the kitchen and communicating its layout.
After moving on to other companies, I discovered a need for design and drafting services in smaller dealerships around the country. I bought my own computer and AutoCAD software to take on foodservice drawings after hours. That “moonlighting” work naturally led to the name MoonLite Graphic Services.
The business stayed with me through dealer design, consulting with architects, chefs and foodservice directors, and later more detailed work in kitchen exhaust systems. In November 2023, I made MoonLite my full-time focus.
